Help Needed for up Coming Tournaments

Hey every one, it is starting to get to that time where I have to be thinking about the two up and coming tournaments we will be hosting here at NVSS. The first being our Junior Viking Invitational on Feb. 1-2nd The second being our Zone Tournament on Feb 21,22 and 23rd. I want both of these tournaments to be memorable for all parties involved so its a great experience. I am in the process right now of ordering player of the game T's and Awards for both tournaments. I am nearly complete the banners for the gym and completed the draw. The last thing I have to do is make sure that I get all the parents in to the schedule helping with specific duties. Below I have listed the duties I need to cover off to make this tournament run sucessfully. If you could text me and leave me a quick note what duties you would be interested in and at what time and I will pencil you into the schedule.

Below are brief descriptions of what you will be responsible for:

Coaches room - The coaches room is located by the boys change room. It will need to be organized, with a table and 4-5 chairs, maybe a coffee maker, donuts water juice boxes and fruit. In the past Chilli and dinner buns are a big hit. I can provide $ for this.

Referee room - is located in the corner of the gym by the Visitor bench. It will need to be organized and stocked simillar to the Coaches room. Make sure they have several flats of water in a ice cooler as those reffs are working hard, especially when they are reffing my games :)

Score Keepers - managing the score keepers is easy you just need to make sure the score keepers know their schedules and that they are staying on task and attentive. I will provide a schedule for you with phone numbers.

Canteen - is a big one. We can make some $ at this if we run it right. Sandy Boivin one of the senior boys parents made a killing by providing a canteen with a variety of healthy meal type foods and of course hotdogs candy popcorn etc. I can set you up with her for advice if you like. We want to try and encourage the players to stay and watch games contribute to the atmosphere and eat and spend there dollars.

DJ- I want to try and create a real fun atmosphere, so I thought line up introductions, music for warmup during time outs and breakage in play would liven the gym up and make it more inviting to come and watch. We will talk more about catchy toones that are appropriate. I am going to promote it in the paper and radio for both tournaments. Maybe if we could round up some donations as prizes to give away that would be great. The DJ's will pick the players of the game and announce it at the end.

Draw board - is simple, you will be responsible for photocopying score sheets for the teams after the game and give to the coaches. Posting the score and advancing the appropriate team to thier designated position on the draw board, as well as posting the score sheets.
 
Awards and Presentations - I will Just need somebody to help me out when I do the awards. 
Cleanup - is a big one we have to have the Gym area cleaned up or the janitor will have a bird on Monday. Duties in clude: Bleachers swept out, vinal floor tarps put away, floors swept, canteen cleaned, washrooms swept and cleaned, garbage taken out, equipment put away and the foyer sweapt and mopped.
Photographer- I would like somebody who has a 35 mm Camera preferably with a zoom and a flash and who has some experience taking photos of movement to take pictures of the boys games.  It would be really great to get at least one photo of each boy in action so I can include that in thier season ending package. They will also be responsible for taking team pictures of each team prior to their first game to give away as placing trophies at the end of the tournament. (only Zones)
