Have a Merry Christamas every one and remember we have made some great progress this year so far the stats are indicating that and our results are as well. Now it is important to remember. We can't lose what we have gained over the break. Each and every one of you have a responsibility to maintain your personal fitness. I need all of you to commit to 30 minutes of vigorous training every second day over the break. That means 30 minutes of hard running every second day. Find a stretch of road with power poles, warm up first then sprint one pole then jog one pole. Do that for 30 minutes. Daily push ups and situps will help as well, right Caleb :) Commit to it fellows and you will be rewarded! I will be bringing Jonboy in for work over the break if your interested let me know. Dont forget there are scheduled practices after christmas so if you are in town make the commitment to be there if you can. They are early in the morning so it should'nt interfere to much with your daily activities. Take care boys and have a great christmas break!
